When will my order ship?
All orders will ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. If there is some unexpected delay, you will always be informed. 

Which carrier do you use?
We ship our orders with USPS and tracking information will be provided.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Domestic orders can take anywhere between 2-7 business days to be delivered after an order has shipped (depending on what area of the US in which you live). For international orders, please allow up to two weeks for delivery after an order has shipped.

Why is my free shipping not working?
A free shipping option should automatically appear in your cart if the total (after discounts) is over $50. If you're still having difficulties, please try clearing your cache and cookies and re-adding items to your cart again. We're so sorry for the inconvenience. We wish everything would work perfect every time, but thanks for your patience when it doesn't!


Refunds/ Exchanges

What is your return & refund policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Unused, unopened, and undamaged items can be returned within seven days of receipt. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund back to your credit card. Please note: customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.



Can I find your products locally?
Not yet, but we hope so soon! We’re currently only selling online. Please follow us on Instagram for the latest news to see when we start selling in stores near you. If there's a store that you think would love our line, let them know!

Do you have sales and promotions sometimes?
Yes – we do! Follow us on Instagram @forgloryandbeautyco to stay in the loop and look out for a newsletter (in the works - coming soon!) to stay up-to-date on promotions and new products.

Do you create custom pieces?
Although we really love our customers, we can not accommodate custom pieces at this time. We *are* considering a few semi-custom products in the future (stay tuned!), but do not currently offer an option for custom requests. However, if you are interested in a brand collaboration, please contact us to discuss details!
